EziKlean™ ULTRASONIC Cleaning involves the use of high-frequency sound waves (above 25 kHz) to simultaneously remove the variety of contaminants from parts immersed in EziKlean™ ULTRASONIC Chemicals.
The contaminants can be dirt, oil, grease, rust, buffing/polishing compounds, and mold release agents, just to name a few. Materials that can be cleaned include metals, glass, plastic, rubber, ceramics, and so on. It is powerful enough to remove tough contaminants with Excellent microscopic & smooth surface cleaning yet gentle enough not to damage the substrate.
It provides Homogeneous results with excellent chemicals penetration and cleaning in the smallest crevices and between tightly spaced parts in a cleaning tank even when parts have complicated geometries because Cavitation is working everywhere there’s chemicals.
